Senior Community Executive

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication or related field
Having minimum 2-3 years experience in influencer/KOL marketing, community management or related field
Preferably from KOL agency, e-commerce or beauty brands
Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and their respective influencers.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical thinking experience in analyzing KOL campaign metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Updated with trends in influencer marketing behaviors, and emerging KOLs.
High interest in beauty
Fluent in English both written and oral
Detail oriented

Job Description :

Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives.
Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs to enhance brand awareness, engagement, or conversions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, ensuring brand alignment and mutual value.
Negotiate with KOLs or external parties, ensuring favorable terms, measurable outcomes, and best offers
Lead the execution of KOL campaigns across platforms such as, TikTok, Instagram, and other social networks.
Work closely with internal team to ensure seamless execution of influencer-led campaigns.
Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor KOLs' content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Track, measure, and report the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights on key metrics
Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess impact and inform future influencer strategies for new opportunities for growth.
