UX Writer (Lending Platform)

What you will do:

Work closely and under the supervision of your product & design team, and follow the predefined process that the team has set
Effectively deliver content within the user journey and improvements in a well-defined scope for consumers and merchants facing users.
Proactively attend design reviews to gather feedback and provide critiques if needed
Participate in the end-to-end design process with peer researchers, designers, business, product and engineering teams. You will also engage with marketing and customer care unit to ensure the content is cohesive.
Proactively attend business reviews to initiate improvement based on current metrics and help the team solve problems through the eyes of good design
Own your assigned streams and organize assigned tasks, which includes communicating updates and progress via the provided forums and channels. Be flexible to collaborate with other streams when needed.
Understand the evolving needs of consumers and merchants to design solutions that cater to their challenges.
Manage stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions and teams.

What you will need:

3+ years of experience in product writing for lending services or fintech products.
Strong grasp of writing principles and ability to build and design intuitive digital experiences.
Excellent communication and grammar skills in both English and Indonesian, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders of varying seniority and backgrounds.
A user-centric mindset in order to see things from their perspective, understand their concerns and feedback and incorporate these insights into your work.
A drive to always find the root cause of an issue, solve complex problems and deliver innovative design solutions.
A structured portfolio of written work that shows your ability and problem-solving skills that also demonstrate business impact and results.
Ability to handle multiple tasks facing different target audiences independently.
Demonstrate a detail-oriented thought process with excellent documentation discipline.
