Accommodation Connectivity Specialist

Your main duties in flying with us:

To support Accommodation team's overall contracting ability with various hotel/chain partners by utilizing important and necessary connectivity tools (XML, JSON, Kibana, etc.)
To support and troubleshoot connectivity issues between internal and partner system (Channel managers, Switchers)
To support and communicate all product development requirements (API, Extranet, Dashboard, etc.) on behalf of Accommodation team to Product and Technical Teams
To support and communicate all reporting development requirements (BQ, Tableau, Looker, etc) on behalf of Accommodation team to other related departments

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
Familiarity with industry trends and operations, including extranets, channel managers, or switchers.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports, presentations, and data management.
Strong written and spoken English for professional communication.
Skilled in organizing records, managing tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Collaborative and supportive, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
