Product Design Associate
What you will do:
A product Designer (UI/UX) is needed to create stunning and seamless user experience designs throughout digital products, websites, and mobile applications.
- Analyzing and identifying User Experience problems from products and systems to understand how to create a better user experience and understand the users' needs.
- Conduct and manage user research, user testing, A/B testing, and usability studies.
- Ultimately delivers breakthrough designs that support tangible business outcomes.
- Develop human-centric wireframes and prototypes that delight customers and/or solve pain points.
- Design mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces, and iterate rapidly.
- Provide product specs, copywriting, and UI elements/assets to Engineers/Developers.
- Create & manage user interface & user experience style guide for use by product teams.
- Work on creating internal tools for design efficiency.
- Build and hand over the prototypes for usability testing.
You will fit in this job if you:
- B.CS/B.S in HCI/Computer Science, or other related fields or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of +2 years hands-on UI/UX, preferable to have working experience.
- Humility, zero egos, excellent collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to learn, help, and share.
- Curiosity to explore creative solutions try new things and validate your design, either through quantitative or qualitative research.
- Good understanding of the platform that you are building (iOS, Android, Web, etc.) — have a keen eye for details, understand UI kit/design systems and how they works at scale, and have expertise over their tools.
- Proficient with the following technologies and software: Figma, Protopye, Useberry, and other design tools.
- Having knowledge of Front-End and Mobile programming skill is a major plus.
- Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects.
