Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - SPX Express (Yogyakarta)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for monitoring the employee database (facility location, HRIS, mutation, etc.).
• Handles employee issues (industrial relations).
• Monitors mid-management level fulfillment processes.
• Aligning with operational teams regarding their manpower needs (replacement, additional staff, expansion, etc.).
• Coordinating with Recruiters for external hiring needs (mid-management level).
• Collaborating with operations training teams to assess internal candidates.
• Responsible for overseeing facilities in the Yogyakarta area.

 

Persyaratan:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree from Law or related field.
• At least has 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resource Business Partner.
• Has good communication skills and possess excellent team leadership skills.
• Willing to travel across Yogyakarta area
