Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end recruitment processes

- Source candidates from various platforms

- Administration and conduct interviews

- Support employer branding activities (job fairs, campus hiring, etc)

- Collaborate with the team to fulfill manpower needs

Requirments:

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Management

- Have a 2-5 years of recruitment experience in outsourcing

- Strong communication, negotiation and time management skills

- Willing to meet the targets that have been determined

- Willing to work on weekend
