Social Media Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Multimedia, Communications, or any related field.
• Have experience min. 2 years as a Social Media Specialist
• Have a good knowledge of digital marketing and social media content.
• Have a creative writing, content editing, and social media managing skills.
• Good command of English in Reading & Writing.
• Experience in digital agency can be a plus point.

Job Description : 

• Responsible for all social media accounts for TuangTuang
• Create social media strategy quarterly, content plan per month, and editorial plan per week
• Directing related parties (designers, agencies, and KOL) to fulfill the agreed timeline, from making briefs to monitoring & evaluation
• Provide regular recommendations to improve the performance of the TuangTuang account & achieve the objectives given (adding followers, increasing engagement, and increasing conversions to sales on the marketplace)
