District Operations Staff
District Operations Staff accountable and responsible to support District Operations Supervisor for all spectrum operation drivers at district level, including but not limited to hold Kopdar and driver engagement activity, driver acquisition, and consistently helping to solve driver problems on the field. Handle conflict, regulation compliance and maintain stakeholders in the area.
What You Will Do :
- Handle all the driver community, marketing, and driver care responsibilities on satellite level
- Handle channel walk in center on each district
- Ensure problem solving according to agreed process & based on standard operational procedure
- Manage driver’s problems
- Give empowerment to solve problems
- Manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction
- Conceptualizes events, exhibits and other below the line marketing based on the marketing plan
- Coordinate with District Operations Supervisor for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service and customer service
What You Will Need :
- Fresh graduate or having min. 1 years experience in related area, preferably in customer service
- Bachelor degree from top university
- Able to handle walk in channel
- Expert in face to face service
- Experienced in service area (contact centre, email dll)
- Willing to improve driver satisfaction
About the Team :
As a District Operations Staff, he/she will support the District Operations Supervisor on a day to day basis. He/she will work very intensively and collaborate with other District Operation Staff in respective districts. He/she also will work closely with the drivers in the field and will be the first contact for driver to escalate any issues.
