Accounting Assistant Manager

Requirements :

• Has min. 4 years working in corporate accounting field with 2 years as manager/ assistant manager
• Hold bachelor degree from Accounting/Taxation/Finance, preferably from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Preferably has background in FMCG/Retail/e-Commerce/External Audit
• Has experience in managing team
• Have experience using Accounting Software, especially in Excel
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Able to communicate in English (speaking and writing)

Job Descriptions :

• Supervise the daily activities of the accounting team to ensure alignment with Accounting’s KPI in preparing the company's financial statements
• Able to maintain the healthy accounting reports, ensuring the reconciliation is complete and accurate for the balance report at the closing of the monthly book.
• Responsible for bookkeeping activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards and implementing good recommendations in ongoing or new transactions
• Helping the process of preparing accurate and good financial reports for the directors and the business team
• Manage the external auditors’s work and ensure the quality of work in accordance with accounting laws, in a timely manner, and in accordance with new accounting regulations
