The day-to-day activities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders and support functions (internal and external) to campaign and initiatives that will enhance and demonstrate Grab’s role as a thought leader and force for good.
- Identify opportunities, design and implement the end-to-end execution of campaigns, targeting merchants, to grow the business.
- Deliver high-quality work across creative, PR & media that aim to address the above, including content or collaterals that could support the building of trust with our customers and/or lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Work seamlessly with other marketing, business and operations teams; Lead and execute customers communications excellently.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the Marketing Manager.
The must haves:
- Familiar with the entire marketing mix – you have good knowledge of the Manado market market and media landscape; how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for B2B marketing and B2C marketing
- Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan. Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalised into impactful marketing campaign execution.
- Resourceful and creative: Knack for identifying great marketing creative. You work well with creative people, knowing how they need to be briefed and managed in order to deliver the most impactful creative work.
- Excellent command of the English language; a precise writer.
- Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.

The Day-to-Day Activities
- Be our expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each of our markets and lines of business
- Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and/or identify targeted areas for business growth
- Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive into core issues and use our data to find answers
- Collaborate with various expert teams to rollout effective products/services and to expand Grab’s universe of data for building richer insights
- Collaborate with various teams within tech and business to ensure strategic projects run on time and achieve expected targets
- Supporting city team on ensuring optimal spending to achieve service reliability, business growth and safeguard drivers’ earnings
The Must-Haves
- Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences
- Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration
- Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, or any engineering
- Strong foundation in data analysis using BI tools like SQL, R, Phyton, Tableau, Power BI, Ms. Excel, or similar tools
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in as a business analyst, data analyst, business process improvement, or management consultant
- Experience in business growth/strategy and/or tech consulting Industry would be an advantage
