Admin Support (Tukar Faktur)
Job Description:
- Manage all administration of invoice
- Report of invoice success rate
- Responsible for the creation of customer invoices
- Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ship goods and create invoices.
Requirements:
- Have 1-2 years of experience working in an Administrative. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
- Have high integrity, honesty, and credibility
- Basic Computer skills (can operate Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented
- Willing to mobile preferably have a driving license SIM C (Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi)
