English Trainer
What You Will Do:
  • Arrange and organize individual & group classes;
  • Prepare lesson plans and learning material;
  • Create and conduct English placement tests;
  • Provide effective feedback about employee English progress;
  • Build trust & ensure a supportive and safe environment for the employees

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
  • 2 years of experience in teaching Business English to Adults;
  • BA degree in English Literature/Linguistics or English Education;
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods;
  • Teamwork mindset, patience and resilience;
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
  • Computer literate or tech-savvy;
  • Has C2 English Level certification or equivalent
  • Having a good network with native teachers will be a plus;
  • Must be Indonesian citizen.
