Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Combining business analytics, data mining, and data visualization, to help organizations to make more data-driven decisions
• Build a dashboard to give visibility on the daily OKR achievement and operational performance
• Provide business, insight and trend analysis to improve growth and operation performance
• Capable of producing regular reporting and monitoring dashboards, and responding fast to ad-hoc data needs
• Support other stakeholders to work on different initiatives, and make decisions based on the number

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytical fields
• Startup experience but specific handling financial strategy is a plus
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
• Proven experience with laboratorium processes is a plus
• Very strong analytics and data processing skill
• Detailed oriented
• Experience in implementing analytical insight and solving the business problem by analytical method (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
• Ability to translate business requirement into non-technical, lay terms
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
