Senior Business Operations Executive
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, optimize, and drive adoption of systems and data dashboards for the Operations team
- Implement short-term work-arounds to solve immediate pain points, while simultaneously building and implementing long-term, sustainable solutions
- Drive 100% CRM adoption across the sales teams, such as Hubspot; collaborate with tech and product team to roll-out in-house applicant tracking software
- Build data visualization systems for pipeline management and conversion funnel metrics
- Build real-time data dashboards to monitor sales team performance and efficiency metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, fill-rates)
- Synthesize business intelligence to provide critical business insights for the Operational Excellence function
- Partner with and support country leads to identify operational problems proactively and accurately diagnose root causes
- Define and execute systems and processes to solve these problems, creating scalable solutions when possible
- Increase operational efficiency by 2x-3x through automating and streamlining manual processes, introducing enhanced SOPs, “Kaizen” methodologies, etc.

Who We Are Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in Operations/ BizOps, Data Analysis, Business Process or Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or a similar role
- Must-haves:
- Self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong data analysis skills (adept in excel, SQL, tableau, etc.)
- Strong excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Nice to haves:
- Prior experience driving CRM or system roll-out
- Prior experience leading business process transformation initiatives
- Prior experience at the intersection of data and operations
