People Operation Lead

Responsibilities:

Oversee and improve payroll processes including salary, tax and allowances
Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy, business goals, and culture
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of the workforce that contribute the most value
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
Oversee & manage employee database, make sure the accuracy of the data
Handle expatriate legalities and company policy
