Growth Projects Specialist, Shopee Xpress

Job Description:

• Identify growth opportunities, business model innovation, and capabilities to support Shopee Xpress’ strategic vision
• Develop cost and financial models, as well as supporting analysis for strategic business planning and operational decision-making purposes
• Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed
• Work closely with variety of stakeholders to ensure strategies are implemented and well executed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration holder will be an advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy areas will be an advantage
• Strong financial modelling, cost modelling, business modelling, and cost projection skills
• Outstanding project management skill, especially in managing complex projects
• Good analytical and interpersonal skill
• Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
• Ready for a challenging and a dynamic environment
