Key Account
Descriptions:
- Getting new multi-outlet customers according to target set starting from the process of collecting potential customer data, canvassing, conducting meetings with prospective customers, product presentations, to dealing with customers
- Maintaining existing majoo customers to keep using majoo starting from the customer tracking and follow-up process, informing majoo new products and features, to dealing with customers
- Coordinating with related parties within the company's internal related to proof of customer payments, account activation, and the process of installing devices on customers
- Reporting sales data and activities through CRM and to their respective team leaders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years working as Key Account or related field
- Ability to understand technology-based product knowledge
- Have an expertise in salesmanship skill
- Have a strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Target-oriented and agile
- Mastering Ms Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and Power Point
