Senior Market Analyst - Financial Ecosystem

• Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with financial modeling experience as a plus.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Conceptualize and build different data capabilities that help enrich and improve sense-making of the external business environment.
• Synthesize insights from the acquired data to help shape key stakeholders and leaders' perspectives.
• Support ad-hoc projects to deep-dive unique data sets and generate insights for strategic initiatives.

The Must-Haves:

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 3-5 years of work experience in analytical role in technology or financial industry.
• Strong in communication skills (both written and oral).
• Familiar with financial technology in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia.
• Strong data query/wrangling skills using SQL and Python/R, and data visualization using tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Strong skills in designing and operationalizing data collection and validation processes.
