Social Media Strategist (Remote)

Job description:

• Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the company's overall social media strategies
• Create content plan calendar, edit, and post content and EP on social media channels
• Coordinate with internal and external teams in delivering and executing social media strategies
• Create Social media Ads
• Create reports on social media performance and brainstorm with the team to develop and evaluate social media strategies based on previous performance reports and audience insights.
• Define actions based on the most important social media KPIs and conversions
• Manage and oversee social media content, analytics, ads and tracking conversions
• Keeping up with new changes and trends on the various social media platforms and identify any that may be of benefit/interest to Campaign #ForChange.

Job Requirements:

• Proactive, resourceful, and making decisions in Campaign.com’s best interest.
• Passion: working with enthusiasm and positivity, and being personally motivated by Campaign.com mission.
• Bachelor level degree (marketing or media preferred)
• Min. 2 years work experience in social media marketing
• Extensive in-platform experience with Instagram Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn advertising
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and performance advertising
• Verbal and written client-facing experience
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Proven ability to build social media communities.
• Have a positive attitude to do any kind of work given to you no matter how small or big
• Very hardworking and hungry to keep learning.
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
• Bilingual is a bonus
