Customer Experience Specialist - Bibit
Responsibilities
- Help to explain to users about iproposed financial plans, explaining advantages and risks, alleviating concerns and answering questions
- Update job knowledge by tracking investment markets, general economic conditions, and new financial products
- Recommend investment products and services that are suitable for customers based on their objectives, resources, risk profile, and preferences
- Liaise with providers, solicitors, values and other professionals
What you will need
- Having knowledge in Capital Market (Mutual Funds, Stocks, and SBN) and Bibit user
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated in the understanding of current investment products
- Able to educate Live Chat member about Bibit product
- Having knowledge about online investment scam/fraud
- Excellent written, listen, and verbal communication skills
- Able to type quickly with fewer mistakes
- Able to work independently as well as function as part of a team
- Possess a commitment to professionalism, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Genuinely care with the users and eager to assist
- Ready to work in shifts
