Account Manager (B2B Online)
Job Description
- Provide support to Tiket.com in building successful business partnerships with Tiket.com’s Global OEM strategic partners and lead / manage commercial negotiations to develop the best deal economics.
- Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and match these with Tiket.com range of services Tiket.com to maximize business opportunities.
- Promote Tikets brand name and its online reservation services via app distribution methods such as pre-install, ecosystem touch point integrations, app affiliate networks etc. to increase the number of potential visitors to the Tiket website and App.
- Manage all processes involved with finalizing such partnerships (i.e. leads, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up).
- Design, launch, measure and evaluate marketing campaigns with partners in different regions
- Connect central App distribution team and local OEM team to monitor the success of each account and maintain an overview of business performance and vertical insight.
- Understand partners’ needs and future plans, seek pragmatic solutions for each request and support the App distribution team to improve App products to benefit OEM vertical.
- Highlight behaviors and latest key trends in OEM vertical.
- Build and maintain a professional network within the digital travel industry.
- Proactively support the business and report to an Area Manager of Partnerships;
- Monitor, research and report findings on market developments in the App / mobile/ travel industry sharing OEM knowledge, best experiences and key learnings.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant business development experience within online, e-commerce, mobile and / or travel-related industry, with a strong service orientation and a track record of both winning new business and growing existing accounts.
- Excellent sales track-record from affiliate and OEM business in an international environment;
- Solid knowledge and experience of OEM, travel and e-commerce industry
