Commercial Lead (GT)
Job Description:
- Lead commercial team, more focus on GT (all type) channel
- Make sure sales product knowledge is updated
- Implement journey plan and supervise productivity /salesman
- Deliver and meet target top-line metrics in regional basis (Revenue, Gross margin, Active Users)
Job Requirements:
- Very concrete in telling initiatives or action (more into hands-on leader that also execute)
- Data-driven
- Must have startups with (at least) same size or even smaller size, so adaptable to changes and have growth mindset
- Must have distribution background industry (not Modern Trade distribution), example: fresh GT distribution, FMCG GT distribution, other type of category distribution to GT channel
Nice To Have :
- >3 years experience in leading team of GT distribution
- Agri-tech background
- At least possess Associate Degree
