Job Descriptions

• Manage Telco accounts and strategize to grow their contribution in Tokopedia
• Liaise with partners and internal operations team to deliver best service for end users
• Conduct pre and post evaluation for every initiative being executed as well as provide plan on how to improve
• Responsible for driving business growth, cost optimization, and service excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in all major disciplines
• Min. 1 year working experience in business development, partnerships and account management from reputable companies
• Possess analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, as well as negotiation skills
• Previous management and leadership experiences
• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong stakeholder management and task prioritization skills
