What You Will be Doing
Analytics
- Providing support and advice to the Chief of Growth and internal stakeholders with data-driven recommendations related to the organization’s strategy and objectives achievements (process & cost optimization, customer acquisition/retention/churn, and any other business goals)
- Manage various analytically driven projects in parallel and autonomously, structure an end-to-end analysis to find the best solution, and ensure high-quality outputs for the respective business teams
- Develop and maintain critical dashboard solutions to provide business insights to several audiences at different levels
- Strategy
- Short-term and long-term roadmap planning and prioritization across data engineering, BI, and data science functions.
- Research
- Champion research, data, and metrics instrumentation during the development lifecycle for new products and services.
Leadership
- Mentoring and developing your team; recruitment to fill the vacancies, promoting best practices, new techniques/methodologies, and robust documentation of all efforts (projects, products, planning),
- Manage day-to-day operations in the BI team alongside Researchers, including prioritization, project assignment, project pipeline, workload management, and risk management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have had at least 5 years of working experience in a data analyst or data warehousing position, preferably working as a Senior Data Analyst in a fast-paced and complex business setting.
- Prior experience in building and leading data analytics teams for product-led companies
- Proven and successful experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business’s performance and driving top-line growth.
- Knowledge of analytical programming language (e.g. SQL, R, Python) and computing systems such as Hadoop.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization, while also able to communicate technical terms understandable for everyone
