Senior Social Media
Job Description:
- Build and execute social media strategy for the masterbrand through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification across all social media platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team for content production
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Align channel strategy and day to day delivery
- Own social media campaign development process end-to-end: from creative briefings, channel strategy, reporting, and learning
- Analyze the performance of all campaigns to constantly innovate and optimize strategy to improve conversions and reduce churns
- Proactive in search for new trends & engagement opportunities with an intense drive to make things happen
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required in marketing, business/ communications-related field
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
