GrabAds East Territory Lead
The day-to-day activities:
- Scale up GrabAds presence by creating meaningful partnerships with Grab’s stakeholders across market
- Define localized strategy for GrabAds products in the respective market
- Launch GrabAds Special projects and key initiatives across products
- Working with SMB and GrabAds Lead to create go-to-market plans including pricing strategy
- Support local teams from each territory and maintain excellent relationships with the local team
- Working with Grab Leaders to provide insight and report about each territory performance
- Build relationship and local community approach to scale up GrabAds business by providing key solutions, GTM and consultative approach.
The must haves:
- 7-8 years of working experience in BD, Sales, Account Manager or Partnership role. Having Advertising / Media industry experience a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders in different markets
- Sound understanding & experience of Indonesia’s Ads Ecosystem both Online & Offline as well as campaign marketing
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Powerpoint / Google Slides & Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical with strong bias for data based decisions
- Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to travel cities across East Territory area and be placed in Surabaya
