Esports Marketing Lead is designed for proactive individuals who tell the most-engaging esports stories to our audiences. As part of the Garena Esports team, Esports Marketing Lead will be a key person that leads the overall marketing operation across projects, and is challenged to the dynamics of market trends that demand an exciting episode every time.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage the esports marketing team in all direction, operation, and development of quantity and quality in order to tailor the best esports experiences for all audiences.
  • Architect and drive integrated marketing campaigns from 360-perspectives, including social media, creatives, brands, community, and influencer management.
  • Manage and ensure all the marketing deliverables are well-built from designs to results.
  • Actively analyze the ongoing esports marketing trends to identify and unlock market opportunities, while maintaining core messages and creative consistency.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties involved in the esports marketing scheme.
  • Perform other marketing-related works as necessary for the esports growth.

Job Requirements
  • Experienced Marketing Specialist or Manager with minimum 1-2 years experience in the digital or gaming industry, with desirable knowledge in campaign management and brand strategy.
  • Data-driven individual with a proactive approach towards multiple key metrics, and able to pull out actionable insights for implementation.
  • Relationship builder, able to influence and develop mutual networks with key stakeholders in the esports scene.
  • Strong leadership skills proven in the previous track record.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
