Employer Branding Specialist
Outcomes
- Measure and report on data-driven insights, to strengthen our future employer branding efforts
- Co-manage HR-related events with our Corporate Communications team
- Discover leads on potential communities/candidates
- Establish events success metrics and produce quantitative analysis of event impact/success
- Plan and execute projects focusing on attracting talent with our Marketing team, using a variety of channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Tech in Asia, Life @ Xendit blog, etc.)
- Implement a social engagement strategy to meet candidates where they are, produce and serve them only the most relevant content to to help candidates achieve their goals and attract the best talent
- Own and implement a Linkedin Careers Page, and maintain relevant content at all times
- Improve candidate engagement by owning our CRM initiatives; you’ll need to build it from scratch
- Develop a tool for engaging with past candidates who might be a great fit for our current openings
- Take initiative to develop new employer branding ideas, pilot experiments back by quantitative data to demonstrate success, and roll out at scale for things that wok
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
You may be a good fit if you
- Have at least 2 years of experience specializing in employer branding
- Enjoy building relationships with candidates online
- Are LinkedIn savvy - you know how to set up and run employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and have done this before (or seen it done exceptionally well)
- Have experience in utilizing social media ads, designing careers page, and getting people to write company reviews
- Have excellent written english skills, can create your own engaging content in the xendit voice and have bountiful ideas for candidate-relevant content
- Have run a successful email marketing campaign for engaging candidates. Even better if you’ve planned and implemented a CRM program before.
- By default, you rely on data-driven insights to make decisions relating to marketing and employer branding
- Are persistent in achieving results - you’re not afraid to follow people up multiple times to get the right result for the candidate/team
- You ultimately care most about finding the right fit for Xendit and the candidate
- Thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
- Communicate well across teams and culture
