HRBP
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for HRBP
- Strong analytical thinking
- Having experience in e-commerce/ retail/ distribution industry is an advantage
- Good in English, both written and speaking
- Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement
- Willing to travel if needed
Responsibilities :
- Create an effective and sustainable HR strategy with company objectives
- Closely working with business partners related to employment processes such as promotion, mutation, development program, etc.
- Identifying issues that happens in company
- Giving initiative about people development
- Planning and executing employee branding activities
