HRBP

Requirements :
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for HRBP
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Having experience in e-commerce/ retail/ distribution industry is an advantage
  • Good in English, both written and speaking
  • Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement
  • Willing to travel if needed

Responsibilities :
  • Create an effective and sustainable HR strategy with company objectives
  • Closely working with business partners related to employment processes such as promotion, mutation, development program, etc.
  • Identifying issues that happens in company
  • Giving initiative about people development
  • Planning and executing employee branding activities
