Senior Content Development

Job Descriptions:

• Make & review scripts and aligned with the target audience and subject
• Analyze the course goals, target audience, prerequisite / required resources to determine potential delivery methods
• Design outline courses
• Conduct research to identify course proposition, attractiveness, competitiveness, and customer insight
• Decide on the criteria used to evaluate user’s performance and develop assessment instruments
• Quality check and give improvement feedback of Skill Academy learning video

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major (Preferably from Education or Education Technology)
• Min 2 years working experience in related field (Research/Training/Writing/Learning Design)
• Have good writing skills and high attention to detail regarding Indonesian PUEBI
• Have a good understanding of the digital learning content development process
• Have experience in developing and writing the content
• ave enthusiasm in digital learning
• Have high analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking skill
• Obsessed with details
