Content Creative Lead

Job Descriptions

• Play a key role in conceptualizing the visual of Skill Academy learning video that align with target audience and course content
• depth understanding of the concept of the course from how to carry out the shooting process to the QC process
• have in-depth knowledge of storyboards and QC storyboards
• deep understanding of making a catchy Trailer
• QC Asset or video animation
• QC Video shooting
• Create Storyboard
• Do Quality Assurance on the work done by the team
• Strong timeline management and have experience to handle rundown

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Design, Film, Media, Communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum 2 years professional experience as Creative, Producer Assistance, or Creative Director at a broadcasting/ television company,  an advertising agency, or branded content production company
• Have good writing skills & high attention to detail regarding Indonesian PUEBI
• Have basic knowledge of shooting technique
• Demonstrated history of high-quality, high-impact video content creation or design showreel
• Having a moderate to a deep understanding of established and emerging trends in content consumption and audience habits, having a passion in education is a plus
• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to direct multiple projects under tight deadlines
