Learning & Development Officer
What will yo do:
- Deliver end-to-end onboarding programs from designing the journey, create materials, to collaborating with related subject matter experts
- Design blended learning solutions that fits learner in various locations
- Use digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
- Apply adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to learner
- Carrying out capability assessments to map the gap in competency and expectation, this will be carried together with supervisors
- Act as trainer or facilitator in various ad-hoc training needed by company
What will you need:
- At least 1 year of working experience in learning & development field
- Basic knowledge in learning & development processes and strategies
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both spoken and written, especially in online environments
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms, including appropriate company’s jargon where applicable
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experience with blended learning
- Experience developing curricula and related assessment and evaluation plans
