Relation Manager
Job Description :
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Be the center point of alignment for external stakeholders
- Drive strategy to engage with partners to drive business performance
- Promote and maintain the values of the companies in the eyes of partners
- Initiate market research projects if needed such as popular product (SKUs)s in the market, suppliers / vendors to fulfill the product (SKUs) as per price / discount target, etc.
- Propose pricing for product (SKUs), discounts models and price adjustment required to achieve business goals.
- Monitor competitive landscape of product (SKUs) promotion and recommend specific measures and actions to gain advantage in the market.
- Regularly communicate program / promotions messages to the sales team, to ensure that the programs are effectively implemented in the field.
- Monitor the program's outcome and iterate accordingly in accordance to the business goals.
- Communicate with the rest of the organization to secure alignment for each program
Requirements :
- Broad level understanding of product (SKUs)s and its Vendor within the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing within pharmaceutical industry as partnership or related
- Strong Business acumen complimented by strategic thinking skills
- Good understanding of financial reports / budgets / sales forecasts
- Professional verbal and written communication skill
