Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Manager to manage Grab’s new logistics products portfolio, collaborating with various stakeholders to unlock further growth. We believe a successful candidate has a strong problem solving and analytical skills, yet ready to get his/her hands dirty to lead and execute the projects. This role is required because we will need someone to lead and drive the growth initiatives for the logistics business. In return, you will get an opportunity to hone your problem-solving skills, experiment endlessly, while having fun doing it.
The day-to-day activities:
- You drive innovation in Grab Logistics by ensuring good trajectory of Grab Logistics new products
- You will be managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
The must haves:
- 5+ years of experience in a strategy/operations or consulting role
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, or related fields
- Collaborative, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen, customer focused, team and results-oriented
- Excited to dig deep into on-ground operations to grasp a better understanding of partners and consumers pain points
- Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured and agile environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
