Product Design Lead (Remote)

What you'll do:

• Work with designers, product managers and engineers to solve user problems, improve experience and help achieve the company goals
• Manage or lead project/features and effectively deliver based on the timeline to drive impact
• Own end-to-end wireframe and design for products and features within scope
• Create stellar design documentation & help establish processes to ensure seamless collaboration
• Contribute in the team cadence discussion and present to the team when necessary
• Partner with research and customer support teams to understand our users, their problems, and behaviors
• Proactively look at data and user funnels to derive actionable design insights
• Mentor and coach a team of junior designers and help them grow in their career

What you'll need:

• At least 5 years of experience in product design with an exposure to leading and managing teams
• Proficiency in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture
• Ability to draw insights from both qualitative & quantitative data, and further identify problem areas to work on
• Good knowledge of design fundamentals, such as design thinking frameworks, and able to take on a structured approach in solving problems
• Excellent organizational, project management, and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholders
• Knowledge in design validation, either through quantitative or qualitative research
• Familiar with advanced analytics tools to gather customer data and identify patterns
• Have a good knowledge of the tools such as Overflow, Miro, Figma, Invision, Sketch and other wireframing tools that are widely used
