SaaS Business Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to drive innovation in Bukalapak’s sales channels, defining strategy and measurable goals that are linked to the company’s strategic objectives
- Accelerate revenue growth via prospecting, qualifying and selling through growing and acquiring new enterprise client accounts
- Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects through steering actions across Data Analytics, Product, and Marketing Teams to achieve shared goals
- Analyze performance of all programs and key indicators to ensure refinement and performance evaluation, managing revenue and costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major from a recognized university
- 5 years and above of experience in a performance-driven business field
- Good knowledge and good passion for the e-commerce industry and business development
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent and self-driven, record of execution to the last mile.
- English fluency is required.
