- Acquire and manage the online business partners including the e-groceries and ecommerce companies
- Prepare promotions and marketing plans with the partners to penetrate each of their respective markets
- Manage end-to-end customer journey of each of our partners from sourcing to the last mile
- Don the product hat and identify how the operations between partners and us can be improved with the help of technology
- Own the P&L of the business unit
- Work together with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams to execute projects in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in roles related to heading business units, enterprise partnership or corporate sales
- Any past product management experience would be a plus
- Proven track record of leadership and people management with high attention to detail to run a successful team
- Experience in managing P&L
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including senior executives
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills to effectively analyze operations and market data to extract valuable insight and recommendations for the business and partners
- Strong attention to detail in order to pinpoint gaps or problem areas in routine activities
- Ability to generate creative solutions towards operational issues and empower relevant teams to execute these solutions properly
