Requirements:
- 1+ years of successful leadership experience in the HR area.
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in customer service hiring experience would be an advantage
- An out-of-the-box approach to HR operations
- Focus - you plan your time well and prioritize the team's tasks easily
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills, a strategic problem solver
- Having an experience with multi-cultural or cross-country experience is an advantage
