The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Identify and initiate strategic projects that build long-term capability, solve short-term problems and/or accelerate and improve business decision-making.
- Lead and manage process improvement projects with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and opportunities for synergies across business ecosystems.
- Partner with the leadership team to select improvement areas and build a robust improvement strategy, integrate recommendations with other programs and initiatives.
- Own end- to-end implementation of projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage and guide your own team to deliver pivotal projects, solve problems, prioritize initiative and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Drive strong collaboration, communication and best practices across the teams with shared tools and documentation.
- Share project updates and provide relevant reporting, including dependencies, gap assessments, risk evaluation and escalations to all stakeholders.
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor or Master Degree from top universities in engineering or relevant areas of studies.
- At least 6 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Project Management across multiple business units stakeholders. Preferably from FMCG, retail or e-commerce background.
- Strong understanding and experience of end to end supply chain management.
- Strong exposure to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies in multi-business operations.
- Proven experience on leading cross-functional projects, sequencing and prioritizing activities, and understands how to do impact sizing.
- Go-getter, willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership to get things done.
- Rigorous, and process-oriented person who thrives in collaborating with cross-functional teams and yet able to execute complex tasks independently.
