Business Development Associate (Logistics)

Job Description :

• Manage day to day business partnership, developments, and financial related matters.
• Work closely with Tokopedia's and 3PL partners for day to day business related and explore new initiatives
• Conduct analysis for overall logistics landscape in ecommerce industry
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Define and execute an action plan to achieve growth & expansion for Kurir Rekomendasi
• Handle monthly financial reconciliation and maintain profitability
• Create seller and buyer acquisition and retention plans

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 years experiences in ecommerce, consulting, and/or logistics (other fields might work as well)
• Strong analytical experience and data driven decision-make
• Good with numbers
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all organizational levels and across all functions. Must be clear and concise
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and great executor
• Willing to conduct site visits to other cities
