Senior Product Marketing Manager
You Will
- Grow, coach, lead, and develop the Product Marketing team by bringing on top talent and growing capabilities within the current team
- Drive go-to-market and product launches by clearly defining positioning, messaging, insight development, channel strategy, and adoption efforts for a portfolio of product lines
- Craft impactful narratives and determine core product positioning and sets of key messages that resonate with our users, merchants and partners
- Build and manage voice of customer framework both from existing customers (Engagement) and non-customers (Growth). Lead or input into ongoing customer research (quantitative and qualitative). These insights will help give directions to product and business teams on challenges and new opportunities within the business.
- Maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams including product managers, product designers, internal marketing (performance, brand, social, PR, etc), operations and customer support to drive the execution of product launches, product iteration and ongoing usage of key products.
What You Need
- 8+ years’ experience as a product marketer, with prior experience in marketing and/or product management
- Strategic mindset and ability to frame problems and develop ambitious solutions, while balancing the demands of executing at speed and scale
- Proven track record of creating vertical/industry-specific messaging and content
- Gifted storyteller who can succinctly and persuasively communicate complex ideas
- Analytical yet creative thinker who has a passion for acquiring and making decisions on actionable data
- Ability to manage multiple work streams, loves to problem-solve, and can efficiently guide a collaborative process
- Proven success partnering and influencing cross-functional leadership across the product development and go to market process
