Assistant Manager, Merchant Marketing
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Develop Merchant Marketing strategy for GrabMart based on local insight including data analysis and in line with the business direction.
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, go-to-market strategy, execution and tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, operations, business development, etc) and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, & merchants).
- Online and offline branding.
The Must-Haves
- Bachelor degree or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years experience in marketing and/or branding
- Experiences in marketing campaigns execution within relevant industries (FMCG, retail, and/or e-commerce).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Creative self-starter, able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines, passionate about e-commerce/retail industry, excellent interpersonal skills.
