Head of Cities
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- You will be responsible for sustaining and growing the city's revenues
- Work closely with the city manager to improve the city performance and achieve the market goals
- Leading the Sales team in initiating new accounts acquisition for the city and ensuring its execution.
- Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting
- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems
The must-haves:
- You have Heart, Humility, Hunger and Honour
- You have 5-8 years of experience in operations, commercial, marketing function and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic plan for the region
- You are able to communicate your ideas and suggestions in a clear and concise way
- You are proficient with analytics and fluent with tools which help you achieve a clear understanding of data sets
- You can manage a team of people and display good interpersonal skills
- You have good computer literacy (i.e. Microsoft Office, GSuite Apps)
