Requirements:

- Accounting B2B & Partnership Staff:
- Prepare customer invoice for collection to partner in a timely manner
- Record payment from partner
- Ensure manual transactions are recorded, billed, and paid timely
- Ensure correct fee percentage billed to partner based on agreement
- Follow up for any outstanding and unbilled transaction to commercial
Accounting Refund Staff:
- Preparing journal entries
- Contact with internal and external team to complete all information for preparing journal entries refund
- Assist senior staff in preparing supporting documents if any CPA audit
- Report all the jobs to the SPV
- Support and help provide guidance during audits.
- Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
FINANCE OPERATIONAL STAFF
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities
- Manage day-by-day daily operations, prepare and check all document submit from other division
- Liaise with Bank and responsible for daily finance transactions
- Supporting the finance manager/spv with projects and tasks when required
- Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data, assisting in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance
- In-depth knowledge of payment / finance process
- Possess an understanding of of tax
- Good Understanding in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words and Excel)
- Meticulous and thorough at work
FINANCE ACCOUNTING INTERNATIONAL & GROUP TAX MANAGER
Job Descriptions:
- Manage Finance & Accounting in Several Country including Audit & Other Compliance
- Manage Group Tax (Indonesia & Several Country) including Tax Planning, Tax Improvement & Strategy
- Synergy improvement process between entity
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in manager/assistant manager in Finance, Accounting & Tax Area, with strong experience in International Standard and Tax Management
- Strong analytical skill in Numbers with a large amount of data
- Risk Sensing is required
