Description
  • Identified and analyzing job description and specification
  • Conduct sourcing, preliminary interviews, interviews, and candidate profiling.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between the hiring manager and candidates
  • Tracking effectiveness of attraction and sourcing as well as employer brand strength to improve our hiring process
  • Administrative task related to recruitment

Requirements:
  • Final year student or fresh graduate from psychology, business or related major
  • Having related experience in recruitment will be a plus
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects and always strive for excellence
  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn new things and explore innovative approaches
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Able to work in the fast-paced environment
  • Available for 3 months internship (5 days per week - 8 hours daily)
