Growth Marketing Manager
You Will:
- Provide short to medium term analysis for increasing demand growth across all OVO businesses. This includes cashback program performance review, customer segmentation, churn analysis, market opportunities, merchant program, etc.
- Develop advance modelling to forecast spend on promo, incentives, and other key initiatives for planning purposes.
- Build presentations to influence stakeholders and enable data-driven decision making.
- Design efficient promo structures and other initiatives to drive demand growth in the various businesses and work with cross-functional teams to execute the campaigns.
- Conduct experiments to test sensitivity of demand growth before rolling out initiatives in a large-scale program.
- Manage budget allocation and track cost from promo initiatives in collaboration with Finance.
- Work together with Marketing to provide clear communications based on critical opportunity areas from the customer journey.
What You Need:
- A minimum of 4 years of total relevant work experience in payments at online commerce, financial services, or top-tier management consulting firms
- Confidence in analyzing complex data sets using Excel; working knowledge of SQL / CLM is preferred but not essential.
- Strong business sense and ability to focus on the bigger picture while not losing sight of details.
- Comfort in articulating complex analysis to a wide range of audiences and translating insights into actionable conclusions both in English and Bahasa.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work in ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding analytical skills and a data-driven approach in solving problems.
