Job Description
- Take ownership of the entire end-to-end recruitment efforts
- Source for top talents using a variety of creative techniques
- Develop talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities
- Drive talent management projects from planning to delivery
- Execute and coordinate for employer branding activities, including campus initiatives
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects/requests
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university with good academic credentials
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the recruitment area, preferably in a technology company
- Good understanding of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong team player who can also work organized, prioritize and support the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Bahasa and English language, both verbal and written
- Game enthusiast is a plus point
