We are looking for Customer Service Executive with the details:

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for handling out-going and in-going calls
  • Responsible for handling customer service by tele-conversations and email.
  • Responsible to follow up the issues raised by customers.
  • To ensure the reservation process in place to meet the standard of operations.
  • To ensure all customer data is recorded in the reservation system.
  • Keep records of all activities log onto CRM system.


Qualification:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree 
  • Hotelier / Travel Agent industry background is preffered- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent in English is a must
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive and be initiative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Willingness to work in schedule (alternate weekends and night shifts).
