We are looking for Customer Service Executive with the details:
Responsibility:
- Responsible for handling out-going and in-going calls
- Responsible for handling customer service by tele-conversations and email.
- Responsible to follow up the issues raised by customers.
- To ensure the reservation process in place to meet the standard of operations.
- To ensure all customer data is recorded in the reservation system.
- Keep records of all activities log onto CRM system.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- Hotelier / Travel Agent industry background is preffered- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Excellent in English is a must
- Ability to work independently, be proactive and be initiative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Willingness to work in schedule (alternate weekends and night shifts).
